Next Generation Logistics, Inc. (“NGL,” “we,” “us”) provides transportation management software, hosted applications, systems integration, transportation consulting, managed and co-managed transportation services, and related websites. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information through our websites, business communications, Dynamics TMS® services, and related customer support. It does not replace customer-specific data processing agreements or privacy notices issued by our customers.
For our websites, marketing, sales, recruiting, and business administration, NGL generally determines the purposes and means of processing personal information. When processing shipment, carrier, employee, or other data on behalf of a customer through contracted Services, NGL may act as a service provider or processor and follow the customer’s documented instructions, subject to applicable law and the parties’ agreements. Individuals whose data is controlled by an NGL customer may need to contact that customer first.
Depending on how you interact with us, we may process: (a) business contact details such as name, employer, role, email, telephone number, and address; (b) account identifiers, access permissions, authentication and security logs; (c) shipment and transportation records containing business contacts, pickup and delivery locations, and carrier or driver-related information; (d) support communications, service tickets, and correspondence; (e) device, browser, IP address, usage, and diagnostic data; and (f) information submitted through forms, event registrations, and business inquiries. We do not intend to collect sensitive personal information unless needed for a legitimate, disclosed purpose and authorized by law and agreement.
We obtain information directly from individuals and business customers, from authorized users and integrations, from carriers and other service partners involved in transportation workflows, and automatically through websites and systems where applicable. We may also receive business contact information from legitimate commercial sources, subject to applicable law.
We use personal information as appropriate to respond to inquiries; manage accounts and business relationships; provide, configure, secure, support, and troubleshoot the Services; coordinate authorized transportation workflows; operate integrations; process billing; detect misuse and security incidents; meet legal obligations; and improve service reliability and performance. Where permitted and applicable, we may send business communications and marketing messages with available opt-out choices.
Our websites may use cookies, similar technologies, analytics, and advertising measurement tools. Before publication, NGL will identify the actual technologies in use, their purposes, and available consent or opt-out controls. Where required by law, we will obtain consent before deploying nonessential technologies. Users can also manage browser settings, although some site functions may be affected.
We may share information with authorized hosting and IT providers, professional advisers, payment or business service providers, customer-approved integration providers, carriers and transportation counterparties as needed to perform services, and public authorities when legally required. We do not disclose customer-controlled transportation information for unrelated third-party marketing.
We maintain administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss. Measures may include access controls, authentication, logging, network protection, and secure hosting, as applicable. No system can be guaranteed completely secure. Contractual security and incident-notification obligations are governed by applicable agreements and law.
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, contractual commitments, legitimate business needs, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and security. Retention periods vary by record type and customer agreement. When no longer required, information is deleted, de-identified, or securely archived as appropriate.
Depending on residence and applicable law, individuals may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, or information about certain processing, and may be able to opt out of targeted advertising or certain disclosures. Requests can be submitted to [PRIVACY CONTACT EMAIL]. We may verify identity and may refer requests concerning customer-controlled data to the relevant customer. We will not unlawfully discriminate for exercising privacy rights. Marketing emails will include an unsubscribe mechanism where required.
NGL and its authorized providers may process information in locations where they operate or host systems, consistent with contractual commitments and applicable law. [

Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices. NGL is not responsible for independent third-party privacy practices, except to the extent required by applicable law or our contractual commitments.
